Properties of albums and templates

To each album or template you assign descriptive information, also known as properties, like the title, subject, author and description.

You can enter the properties of a document via the menu option File and then Properties.... The dialog that will appear contains three tab pages.

The tab page "General" contains information about the type of document and the name, location and size of the document.

On the tab page "Summary" you can enter the properties of the document. Then these properties can be inserted as fields in the album or template.

The tab page “Statistics” contains information about when the document was created and when it was last modified, accessed and printed. Furthermore, the revision number, the username of the person who made the last change and the total editing time are shown.
